A little about me, I graduated from Cuyahoga Community College in 1998 with a Associates Degree in Photography and graduated from Lakeland Community College in May of 2007 with my Business Management Certification. I work at a camera store in Cleveland, Ohio where I am a Photo Lab Manager. I am also a Freelance Sports Photographer and Owner of Christa's Photography. I am an advocate for Crohn's Disease and Colitis , I went to speak on Capital Hill in Washington DC in November of 2005 to get more funding for Crohn's and Colitis research and educational funds. I also received an accolade from the Ohio House of Representatives House District 41 for Photography in July of 2006 for my work. In September of 2007 I have had some of my photographs displayed at the the Reminderville Village Hall for there Art Exhibit. I like to run 5k roadraces races with my mother, we do many 5k races through out the spring and summer. Alot of the ones that we do are for cause that are close to our hearts such as Crohns and Cancer ( lymphoma ).
I am getting married on Oct 20, 2007 to my Prince Charming (mors ab alto ),he is a wonderful man that is very supportive. He went with me to speak on Capitol Hill and is very encouraging allowing me to be the best that I can be and to follow my dreams. We met in a Catholic singles group in Cleveland, Ohio about 6 years ago. It took us over 4 years to go out on our first date. We have maintained a long distance relationship for 2 years now. After we where only dating for 6 months he was offered a really good job in Washington DC and moved away from me. The only bright side to the long distance relationship is that I have racked up so many frequent flyer miles that one of out tickets for our honeymoon will be free. It has been hard but god has helped us through all the hard times and the distance. It was just ment to be because I am now going to be his wife...I can not wait to spend the rest of my life with him.
