About Me


Don't worry,
I won't write about unsignificant and boring dates. I will try to write down some facts that came over my mind and that happened to us as a band.
Many years have passed since I last wrote about Killjoy. Not because anything happened, it's simply a result of my chronic laziness.
Many events characterized us, some pleasant some displeasant, some better some worse, but in the end, as I think about them, the better ones prevail.
Much time elapsed, we became older and we are still trying to do our best to provide the people with good music, even though the times changed and with the time the music and the audience. And so our music has changed and as you change a member of the group the music in some way changes too.
That's what happended to us, in poor words: more passion, more power and less ska. Nothing to worry about, changes are always welcome.
We are continuing the way we used to play shows until today. We play in smaller Clubs, on bigger Open Airs, at home and abroad, at the neighbors flat and hundrets of km away. We are still meeting alot of people, making new friends and foes and sharing the stage with bands that still mean much to us. New songs have been written and it's still a sense of satifaction to present them live.
It's never been easy in all these years and it surely did cost alot of time and money, but today we can say that we are richer of: experience, friendship, songs, audience, emotions, feelings, impressions, knowledge and much more that we never would've missed.
No one of us regrets the time we spent together and until this will not change I will always have something to write about Killjoy.
