Some people change. Others hang on ‘til they can’t anymore

My Interests

Music:

The Dave Matthews Band, Dashboard Confessional, New Radicals(one day they'll be back), Third Eye Blind, Foo Fighters, Eagles, Matchbox Tweenty, Oasis, Queen, No Doubt, Stone Temple Pilots, The Clash, Social Distortion,The Fray, Maroon 5, Black Eyed Peas, Bush, Counting Crows, U2, Aerosmith, The Cure, NIN, Rancid, Sugar Hill Gang, Modest Mouse, Ataris, Vertical Horizon, Kanye West ( and I'll sing along no mater how white I am Jamie :-P) Smashing Pumpkins, Collective Soul, Boyz 2 Men, Elton John, Billy Joel, Garbage, Coldplay, Linkin Park, Splender, Marvin Gaye

Television:

Sopranos (I miss it)Lost (Debating it is almost as much fun as watching it), Six Feet Under ( Most beautiful series finale ever, last couple of minutes= brilliant, and only the second tv show to ever make me lose it),24 (TV CRACK!), ER (old school seasons anyways), The Shield( I hate you so much Forest Whitaker, get off my show!), Simpsons and Famliy Guy(which has sucked since coming back on the air), Friends ( I quote a certain Ms. Chanadaler Bong almost as often as Homer or Stewie), The Office (BBC and now NBC), Sports Night, Nip/Tuck was a guilty pleasure before they totally jumped the shark halfway through season 2, Grey's Anatomy ( the train episode shesh, How I Met Your Mother (love that pineapple), Entourage (they didn't say "lets hug it out, bitch" this season :(. Deadwood, Rome (it's second season is one of the best tv shows ever! Pushing Dasies is the best new show this year. ..

Books:

Catcher in the Rye (everytime I read that book I discover something new) Franny and Zooey is also wonderful, The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay ( Michael Chabon is amazing, if you havn't read this book, go get it now. Or at least borrow one of my copies, though not the signed one :-P), Hamlet (this play speaks to me, maybe more than it should), A Million Little Pieces(fact or fiction, it does not diminish what this book meant to me), A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genuis, The Lovely Bones ( in no way my usually type of book, but this one will stay with you for days) HARRY POTTER (nuff said), The Stand, Fight Club (which I have signed, thanks Jamie!), Inferno, The Peacher series (I know it's a comic book, but DAMN thats some good writing), The Gunslinger series by Stephen King ("Do any of us, except in our dreams, truly expect to be reunited with our hearts' deepest loves, even when they leave us only for minutes, and on the most mundane of errands? No, not at all. Each time they go from our sight we in our secret hearts count them as dead. Having been given so much, we reason, how could we expect not to be brought as low as Lucifer for the staggering presumption of our love?")
