Apparently I'm not the standard Midwestern male. I'm a unique combination of geek and gearhead. For instance, I get excited about an electromagnetic spectrum poster, like this one.
I also carry a floor jack around in my '66 Country Squire , specifically to change out the motor mounts when I break them. Because I like to replace them! And break them again!
C'mon, everyone loves raw, unbridled torque...
I'm discovering more and more about myself every day, and you can see the changes in my blogs. Maybe I ought to do one of those survey-things that everyone has in this space, but they don't really say anything about who I really am. You wouldn't be able to tell anything about me if I liked Skittles vs. M&Ms, or if I wear Etnies vs. Vans. Besides, my answers would scare you. I eat Mike & Ikes, and I wear Red Wings. (I also color outside the lines, obviously. If you can fit inside a predefined "box", either the box is big or you must not be very unique.) As you can see, I also have a somewhat abrasive personality, but in some aspects it's a very forgiving, very multifaceted personality. I love spending time with friends, because I don't get to nearly often enough. I think I'm very social for a central Minnesotan male. I highly value my lower-class upbringing, and would wish others the experience for the character it builds. The hard times are worth it in the end, and I'm nowhere near the end. I enjoy road trips when the sun shines and when the rain falls; especially along the North Shore, down to Winona, and thru Benton, Morrison, Stearns, Wright, Meeker, and Otter Tail counties. If I seem intriguing, there's a button on the left that might just satisfy some of your curiosities.
You can reach me just about 24 hours a day by dialing and/or texting: Three two oh, four nine three, eight oh six uno, and no, that's not a license to call me at 3 AM about how much fun you had boozin' it up without me, but it is a license to call me at 3 AM if you've got an issue you think I can help fix. I can also receive efficient electronic mail via framerotblues at gmail dot com.
