About Me

i began playing the piano at age 3, and taught myself to play the guitar much later on in life. i have one year left of a degree in philosophy, which i put on hold to become a makeup artist/ballerina/seeker of peace and wisdom in boston. after two years, my entire life changed... finish that however you want. i am a teacher of english as a second language. i love everything about french. i have a lot of secrets and even i don't know most of them. all songs written, played, sung, and if it calls for it, remixed by me.one day in the past i was born, some day in the future, i will die. as of right now, i'm alive. One never knows what time will bring, change is not an easy thing, love and disappointment fade, into the paths our choices have made, yet all the while I'll wait for you until the day our waiting's through, life's not long enough to spend our days apart, let's not do this again... ( from 'Make Believe') I love: playing music (guitar/piano), songwriting, contemporary dance/dancing, acting, taking baths, photography, writing - period, imagining, shopping, picking out my clothes in the morning, art/creating things with my hands, spending time with darko and bessi (my kitties), french, learning languages, making lists, daydreaming about romance, laying on the beach.Interests: music, listening to music, playing music, collecting music, creating music, art, the ocean, fashion, the inner workings of my own mind, makeup, collecting makeup, painting, french movies, french culture, spending time with friends, spoiling my beautiful little sister, learning, books, boys, news, geography, people, causes, issues, awareness, Northern Uganda (www.thenamecampaign.org), To Write Love On Her Arms (www.twloha.com), V-Day (www.vday.org), Take Back The Night (www.takebackthenight.org), Breast Cancer Awareness (my mother is a survivor), bringing back the lost art of letter writing. Years from now there'll be pieces of me stuck like glass in your memories... (from 'Glass Memories')And I will take a walk with you, into the magic sea...and when the water's overhead, let's close our eyes and breathe...Some days come easily, some nights will never leave... (from 'Wanderlust')Which do you miss most? Your past regrets or ghosts? I had the shakes and he spoke, about life under a microscope... (from 'Black and White')Asleep, I find the beauty in my pain....Awake, sorrow returns a filthy stain....Apart, we now will take our final breath....Although, we promised to love until our death....Goodbye.... (from 'Sorrow So Long')

She said, stars die long before we see their brillance fall, then she paused and sighed, eventually it happens to us all... (from 'Sparkle Love')Starlight, Starbright, are you with me, are you with me here, tonight... (from 'Star Bright')
