ABOUT ME.........I was born in Upper Sandusky, Ohio. I was raised all over the United States. My daddy pretty much followed the rodeo circut and we moved from town to town. He was a profesional horse trainer and put on horse training expeditions from rodeo to rodeo for entertainment. I competed in a lot of rodeo events, barrel racing, pole bending, flag race, trailrides, egg race, shovel races, anything that I could enter in, I would try it and most of the time I won ribbons and trophys in almost everything I entered. My life was horses and cowboys for the longest time. When school started, it was a little more difficult for me to just travel but I managed to keep my grades up good enough, considering that I was moved from one school to the next at least 2 times a year. I learned a lot on the road and lived more real life teachings than most kids my age ever got to. It was during all the traveling that I used to get ideas in my head for songs, so I used to jot them down. Now, I'd say I probably have over 300. But, since I can't really sing or play an instrument, I just look for someone who might like to record them for me. I saw the Grand Canyon, went through Carlsbad Caverns, rode through the Great Divide, saw the Ice Caverns in 104 degree weather, was at Waco Tanks, Texas, Have been through the Roswell Museum for Aliens, been to the capital of New Mexico, Sante Fe, ate sea food in Havarty Grace, Md. Drove across bridges to islands in South Carolina. That was scary to me. I like my feet on the ground or my butt planted on the back of a horse, where I feel safe and in control. hee hee. Been to Daytona Beach, Fla., and Jacksonville, sang at Nashville, Tenn at a music festival to present some of my songs. I was on top of Inscription Rock, on the platuea, saw pueblos and the clift dwellings built on the sides of clifts and so much more that I don't want to keep boring you all with it so I guess what I am trying to say is that I got to see a lot of things traveling with my family that a lot of people only read about in books. We played word games and number games, and educational games and State and Capital games while in the car driving. My dad really knew his math and geography and history. He was the smartest man I ever knew. I was in first grade in McCuthinsville, Ohio. I still remember my first grade teacher, Mr. Heartman. He was so nice. We moved of course, Second grade in Washington School, in Findlay, Ohio, went to Findlay School of Horsemanship, moved again to Fairacres, New Mexico, part of second and third grade there, then to Chino Valley, Arizona, Hi Hada Tucker. I remember a boy there and Mike Gibson. haha. He was my neibor. I believe Hada was a preacher's son, Man, that was a long time ago. One time at a rodeo, my dad had put on a horse training expidition in Arizona and Marty Robbins had been there and wrote a song about it for my dad. He called it "The cowboy in the contiental suit". Fourth grade, we moved to Columbus, New Mexico and then to Deming, New Mexico, fifth grade , then on to Norco, California, sixth and we lived through a bad flood and moved again. seventh in Mt Savage Md, and Frostburg, Md. and eighth and ninth, onto Upper Sandusky, Ohio, where my parents split up and I finished out my high school years all in one spot. I graduated at 17. We sold the horses and I got married at 17 to a boy I went to school with. Right away, we had a little girl and her daddy joined the Army. We moved to Leesville, Loisianna, where he was in bootcamp. I lived in Monroe, Louisiana and then I went to Grants, New Mexico and then to Truth or Conseqences, New Mexico and then on to El Paso, Texas, where he was stationed until he got out of the Army and went back to Ohio. My little brother, Jake had gotten cancer and he went through an awful lot. Within 9 months, he died. I miss you Jake. I stayed in El Paso for awhile and my husband and I decided to divorce. I did get back with him temporarily, only to realize that it was a mistake. I met my husband that I am married to right now at Budd Company, in Carey, Ohio. I was working 2 jobs at the time so it was a bit awkward to try to date. We liked each other so much, I quit one of my jobs and then we decided to marry. The day before our wedding, we both got laid off from work. What a long honeymoon. haha. Eleven months later, we got our first son and three years later, we were blessed with our second son. When he was about 2, my father passed away suddenly and we moved to Roswell, New Mexico, where I once again bought horses and we had a nice little ranch, just what I always wanted. I miss you Daddy. I'm not sure what happened, but about a year later, my youngest brother of 18 took his own life on his birthday. I miss you Roger... Things were not well for awhile, and then the job my husband took called for us to move back up north. We sold everything and took just what I could get into a little Chevey S10 pickup. We started over in Forest,Ohio. We have two wonderful boys, now grown. My daughter has 2 wonderful children, whom I dearly love and they sure do love their Mammol and Papal. (That's us). I did raise boxer dogs for 13 years but now all I do is write songs and work at a nice factory, am a distributor of fat loss patches and Advocare products and I have recently signed up with Arbon products as well. Once a year I go down to Nashville and sing at Ambasador Charlie Ray's Country Music Festival, just to present my songs to the public. My husband and I have been married 27 years and are happy enough. He supports me all the way with going to Nashville and sending songs in for demo singers to put music to and to get them copy writed. I belong to BMI Records and ASCAP. I am part owner of Sound Quest Publishing Company and have worked with Chris Robinson from Indiana on some songs for him. Please feel free to comment. Thanks .... WHO I'D LIKE TO MEET................Some one who wants to record my songs that I wrote. hee hee And lots of my new friends on myspace. Hi everybody ........
