Every year, nearly 4 million dogs and cats are put to death in animal shelters in the U.S. because there are not enough good homes. When you adopt a cat or a dog from a shelter, you'll save a life and avoid contributing to the companion animal overpopulation crisis.
The Animal Rescue Center (ARC) is a 'no kill' animal rescue and rehab shelter located in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex. The ARC rescues and rehabs many species of domestic and exotic animals including cats, dogs, birds, reptiles, sugar gliders, freshwater fish, and inverts of various species and illnesses. If you've ever found a stray, can't keep your pet, or just need some advice, feel free to send The ARC a message.
The ARC currently has several kittens and young cats ready for adoption immediately. These animals have been socialized, litter box trained, wormed when age appropriate, and are ready for their first trip to the vet upon adoption. Adoption fee is only $35.

The ARC is a volunteer organization and relies on support from the local community to accomplish the rescue and rehabilitation of abandoned or abused animals. Food and supplies are always needed. Please consider making a donation today.
