Here's a little about me ........
My name is Diane Woodcheke.
I'm a freelance photographer currently based on Long Island, NY.
Photography is one of my main outlets. For me it has always been my form of expression, my art.
Prior to adulthood I used my Mom’s camera every chance I got. I took a photography class in High School and that was when I started to develop my skills. In 1986 I got my first SLR, a Minolta X370, and still have it to this day. As the world of digital began to blossom, again so did I. In 2006 my digital era began. I currently shoot with Nikon D200 and D40x cameras. I use Adobe Photoshop for light editing and resizing.
I am able to take photography a lot more serious thanks to the digital age. It has opened so many doors for me and gives me the freedom that I lacked with film.
Photography is a never ending journey, you never know where it will take you next. I hope you enjoy what you see and Thanks for stopping by! :)
