border="0" ismap="ismap" / Jules was born on April 7th 1964 in Redhill, Surrey,
and lived in South Nutfield, a little village in the greenbelt area for most of his childhood.
He attended the local Primary school before going to St Bedes Secondary School
in Redhill.
After leaving school he took a couple of positions in Homes for the Elderly with the
Royal Borough Of Kingston Upon Thames
and gradually worked his way up the Social Services ladder in a career
that was to span for nearly fifteen years.
Whilst in this field of work, Jules became a DJ on the road at weekends and presented shows
on Local and Hospital Radio.
The time came, (he felt) to do something different, so in 1990 he moved with his
girlfriend at the time and daughter Elizabeth to the island of Lanzarote, where he lived for 16 Years.
After a year or two of two bit jobs, Jules obtained a position on the newly formed
English Radio run by retired Hollywood actor (then living in Lanzarote), Eric Corrie
and Colleague Anthony Harrison,
and stayed on air eventually running the station for the next eight years.
His main break came in 1997 when the owner of Moonlight Bay,
Dennis Hall asked Jules who was working evenings as a bartender,
if he would run a talent evening and disco,
which he did.Thus starting a major turning point in his career, as finally
after a year he entered the professional circuit.
A year of rehearsing and recording and honing his skills has finally paid off
and Jules could be seen entertaining six nights a week in the Bars and Clubs
of lanzarote.Jules set up and Co Managed a new Radio Station in Lanzarote
with his old time pal and Coleague
Dick (DK the DJ) Knowles,UK Away FM
was a hit with the listeners, providing top quality music and news and ads all aided
by Gary Newton at Earthshaker Music, UK Away went from strength to strength, but
In 2005 Jules was asked to go over to a bigger Canary island wide Radio Station,
and after much deliberation decided
to make the move,
Power FM
was aTenerife Station and they were
looking to expand around all of the Canary Islands,
Jules Continued broadcasting his popular Breakfast Show
with them on 91.5 and 91.7 FM ).
Another turning point came when in October 2006 Jules Relocated to the
Emerald Isles and can now be seen in
Venues throughout the south of Ireland,
