Didn't think it was possible, but I'll be closer to the beach than I am now (one short block!) My new roommate kicks ass and my bedroom has an ocean view......can't ask for more than that.

I spent 12 hours working....no wait make that 14 and I have to get up at 5:30am to be in another freakin meeting in LA. God I hope this pays off.
