Karina Mia

.. ..Growing up in the city of Philadelphia, Karina Mia moved over a thousand miles to Memphis Tennessee to pursue a career in music and songwriting. Being raised in the church, Karina always knew that God was calling her for something and at the young age of 14 she picked up the guitar and started writing songs.
Karina Mia now attends a Christian Worship and Arts college named the Visible School and is studying for a bachelors in Songwriting. She has preformed many of her songs at the school and at the local Starbucks as well.
School bands have covered Karina’s songs "Fake It" which is a catchy song about selling out, "Loss of Communication" a heart felt song about losing hope but gaining it back through Christ, and most recent “Mr. Fine Line”.
Karina is currently writing new material and will be releasing an EP in the near future. She says that the new songs that are much more cleaver and deal with everyday issues and struggles, Karina feels that her music should relate to people in everyway possible so writing about struggles in her own life would be the best way to achieve it.
