What we fear isn’t always the things we usually notice. They are sometimes situations that we aren’t fully ready for. They are the things we don’t or try to understand. Our lives can have so much going on but the smallest amount of time to endure. We think of ourselves as spirits of an unknown place. Many call it heaven others call it dharma. We don’t realize but the things we are most afraid of are the simplest matters. We sometimes can be unaware of the situations around us.
What causes these fears? When do people develop these insecurities? Well most of the time they can come from very hurtful memories. They come from times of doubtfulness in which those thoughts were provoked. People themselves can provoke negative energy in others and not realize it. There are some that do purposely provoke energy that is negative. When that happens our confidence weakens. A simple painting can portray the most intense conflicts. To overcome the unknown you have to understand it and invite the challenge. If you don’t face it then you will never know the other side. You can be at first intimidated by an opposing image that symbolizes the doom that lies ahead. You will question yourself and doubt yourself but that is all apart of the journey. When you finally learn to see past it then you can find a way to overcome the impossible. We live simple lives but our desires and wants can lead us to extreme measures. We occupy our minds with material things that require a specific amount of attention but attention that can be used towards other outlooks.
Fear is a thought, a thought that requires an impression by something. We understand reasoning but not what actually is happening. What we fear is what we believe that can never happen but when it does, it strikes us.
