Im Januar 2007 starteten wir mit "INDIETRONIC" die erste Tübinger New Rave- und Indietronics-Partyreihe. specs-online.de schrieb: "Es gibt eine Reihe von Bands, die eine Zeit lang mit skeptischen Blicken gemustert wurden, weil sie das Verbrechen begangen hatten, sich einiger Elemente einer Musikrichtung zu bedinen, die in ihrem Genre offiziell verhasst war. Indie und Electronic, Rock-Zumsel und House-Futzies. Indietronic heißt das neue Genre, das sich aus diesen Seitensprüngen entwickelt hat. (...)"In der Zwischenzeit hat sich natürlich einiges getan, fette Beats sind auch auf dem INDIE DANCEFLOOR nicht mehr wegzudenken, der Erfolg von Bands wie den Presets, Egotronic, Digitalism, etc., tat sein übriges.

"Indietronic" is an umbrella term for our musical projects in and around Tuebingen/Germany. INDIETRONIC started out as a monthly event on every last friday. DJ Gulag, Kitty Tang & Chrif a.k.a. Kalle Fornien were spinning the records and selected from several kinds of electronic (influenced) music around Indietronics, Electroclash, Punk Funk, Discopunk, Minimal Nu Funk, New Rave & Electro. In the meantime, we started a lot of new projects like KNARTZ IV RIOTS and SHUT UP & D.A.N.C.E..
