I am a 48 year old single Mom of a 22 year old & 18 year old daughter and a 16 year old son.. I will be a grandmother for the first time on or about June 28, 2009 My oldest Stephanie is having her first baby...ITS A BOY....I am born and raised in San Diego which will always be my home there is no other place like it. I work for the County of San Diego in the Workers Compensation Department and have been there over 14 years. I love my job!!!! I have been a workers' compensation claims adjuster for 23 years.I am just want to raise my kids to be responsible, independent, respectful adults who will have strong family values that I grew up with, ya know all the good stuff a mom wants her kids to be.My oldest daughter Stephanie is a respiatory therapist and I am so very very proud of her.I am also so proud of my younger daughter Tana she finally made it. Graduated from high school class of 2008. Point Loma High School the only one who didnt follow the San Diego High School Family tradition. However, she is still trying to figure out what she wants to be when she grows up.My youngest child my one and only son...so far so good. keep up the good work son...He has been playing baseball since the age of 5 keeping in the foot steps of his Uncle John that he never had the chance to meet but has heard so very much about. He was keeping up the legacy there at Morley Field where by brother played as a child growing up and who also played baseball for San Diego High. Brandon is now attending San Diego High playing Varsity baseball and now is playing Varsity Football. Go B~~Tupp!!! He just received his first Varsity Letter for Baseball. I am very proud of his skills he has come a long way from my little boy who played T-ball almost 10 years ago. He is also playing football as well for San Diego High.I am a pretty simple kind of gal...no high maintenance here....family is of the utmost importance to me. I treasure the good ol days we all used to share at my grandparents house, every Sunday the whole family always got together. I will cherish those memories till the day I die. I want my kids to know the importance of family and the strength we get from our parents, grandparents and great grandparents. I know my kids don't realize that now, but hopefully some day they will realize all that....I only hope and pray that they will.
