Sarah Morgan

Hello! I'm Sarah Morgan. I currently live and learn at UCLA, but way back when I grew up in a nice little place called Camarillo, CA, nestled among the lemon orchards and the strawberry fields, framed by rolling hills and perriwinkle skies. There wasn't ever much going on there, even when they put in an outlet mall...but it certainly left a lot of time for songwriting! I've been throwing together thoughts and melodies for as long as I can remember, using music the same way that most people would use a diary or...their inner monologues.I want my songs to be honest about universal emotions and experiences. I think the words of a writer should echo human truths...but it never hurts to have a catchy melody and a chorus that hooks you in! I have a passion for wordplay and nuance, for songs that are playful, rocking, epic and, most importantly, fun to sing along with!
