When I took my first yoga class in 1980, I was a dancer with the Oakland Ballet and student at University of California studying physical therapy and philosophy. I knew from that first class that yoga would be a lifelong passion.
Now that I'm in my 50s, I find myself delving even deeper into the spiritual side of my yoga practice. Life is abundant and chaotic and that keeps me returning to my practice of asana, pranayama and meditation.
I've written two books and have over 25 yoga videos through Gaiam. I teach workshops and retreats worldwide and lead teacher training intensives nationally.
