ONE TALENTED SPICE BOY!!!
Singer/Songwriter/Co-Producer
Spontaneous was born on the island of Grenada commonly known as the Spice Isle. He was raised in the area of La borie, in the south of the island where the likes of Japs, XY & Dilly Dally & many more famous and talented Grenadians come from.He began singing at a very young age and his obvious talent was coupled with a ferocious ambition to have a career in music and travel the world. That however changed as the demands to have an academic education in these small islands greatly increase in the mid to late 90’s. Although he started off pursuing a career in law, we saw his child hood dream in music totally dominating his life. With that in mind and his destiny trail already set we witnessed in the year 2003 the birth of the ‘Spontaneous’ that we know today. Giving us the first hit of his career “Hypocrite, a song inspired by some of the ills of society and the corruption and of course hypocrisy existing in modern day Grenada. In the year 2004 he gave us hits like obeah.and tornado.and from that time on it was hits after hits like ‘clothes-pin’ in 2005 and ‘for-crown’ in 2006 songs that was deemed controversial but infectious in the island and was accepted with open arms in the spice. With his obvious talent in song writing, Trinidadian Denise Belfon collaborated with him on one of his songs that he wrote in 2006 ‘Bicycle Wine’ which brought both artiste to the International Soca Monarch where their performance was greeted with rave reviews. The collaboration enabled his career to take off to a new plateau and was a renaissance for Ms Belfon. Amidst the controversy surrounding the original writer of the song, Spontaneous never despaired. He gave us ‘Too Rude – fly like superman’ in 2007 a song which took him in the finals of the National Soca Monarch and secured him an endorsement by mobile telecommunications giant - Digicel."; I edited my profile at Freeweblayouts.net , check out these Myspace Layouts!
