And now a message from The Pigman himself:
Most people would consider me a bit of a hermit. Some say that I got the name, The Pigman because I used to put the heads of the pigs I had recently slaughtered up on stakes in my yard to ward people away. They also say that I've done some pretty bad things to the little punks who trespass on my property.
Others, like to talk about what happened with me and my wife. I don't really like to discuss that much though. All of that was so long ago and I'd rather just forget about those things.
Nowadays, people sometimes talk about some kinda cult or something that worship me for whatever reason. I don't know any of them but I don't think they'd want to be called a cult. They do wear some pretty strange robes when they come around at night. It gets cold down here in the Southern Tier though, so I don't pay it much mind.
They have also gone so far as to nickname the road I live on as Old Pigman Road and a lot of people drive down my street really fast at night or stop and yell things out at me. I really don't appreciate that too much.
Anyway, I heard some guy is trying to make a short film about me or something. I really don't like that idea. I am not much for publicity and what not. I have been thinking about this guy a lot lately...

The Pigman is a short horror film that explores various aspects of a regional urban legend about an old butcher rumored to have been tied to various grisly murders & hauntings along an old lakeshore road in Western New York. A mysterious half-man, half-pig apparition who is said to have been fond of placing the heads of butchered pigs on stakes to ward off tresspassers and stalking “Old Pigman Road†for his next victim.
The film focuses on the story of a group of friends, including an writer and paranormal investigator who set out to learn more about the legend and end up paying the ultimate price.
