Owned and operated by Paul LaScola, Middletown Trax - http://MiddletownTrax.com - is a Pro Recording Studio located in Middletown, NY, featuring hardwood floors, track lighting and is fully air conditioned. We handle all aspects of recording including the tracking of Live Bands, Rap artists, Voice overs and Mastering.
Middletown Trax features a Full blown ProTools HD3 system with a Pro Tools fully automated C24 Console. Lets not forget about our REAL outboard rack gear which includes API, SSL, ADL, Manley, Lexicon, Marshal, Mesa Boogie, Universal Audio, Peavey, Alesis, Sony, Waves, Korg and T.C. Electronics, just to name a few.
For drum recordings, how about a 5- piece Pearl Sessions set with a double bass set-up. For cymbals, we have Sabian. You also have the choice of (3) snare drums to choose from.
For keyboards, we have on hand a Kurzweil k-2500 with over
1000 sound tones to choose from!
Our Mics consist of a Neumann u87, (10) Sure sm57, (4) Sure sm58, Nady tcm1100, AKG d-112 & (4) c4 overheads.
For monitoring we use (4) Mackie hr824 150 watt monitors,
(4) AKG headphones, (10) Sony mdr7506 and (2) Beringer
headphone amps.
