The members of this off beat duo met in 1998 with one soul and the passion of music in common.
This union blossomed into a strongly bonded friendship over the years and saw many drunken jams along the way. Although Greg and Jhanine have teamed up together on several musical projects through the years, predominantly covers based gigs and events, the paths that they each travelled along the way never seemed to cross.
Only in early December of 2007 did they finally stumble across the junction that is now " Nine Years Coming ".
" Nine Years Coming " has a unique sound that only promises to become more experimental as time passes.
One of the advantages of being associated with one another for so long is the fact that they each know the ins and outs of how the other operates both personaly, professionaly and creatively which has enabled them to bypass the " getting to know each other " part of forming a band.
It is for this reason that they have wasted no time in laying the first couple of tracks that will be there debut album.
Greg and Jhanine have teamed up with great friend and kindred spirit, J.B.Grant for their first studio album as their ever trusty lyricist.
J.B. has been writing poetry for over 20 years with the dream of hearing his art in the form of song.
Now, " Nine Years Coming " bring that dream to fruition and target some very raw, hard hitting issues along the way including global destruction and domestic violence.
Their passion and comitment to not only their music but the topics that they write/sing/play about permeate the whole feel of their finished work and will captivate all who listen to them.
