I live in Hollywood and work as a private ACE certified private personal trainer. I have wide variety of clients. I train actors and models for their careers. I also train seniors in areas such as balance and stability.
I believe my strongest attribute is my ability to work with a wide variety of individuals and meet each clients specific goals. I train everyone differently depending on their level of condition and exercise preferences.
My web site BeItfit.com features downloadable MP3 personal training.
I have created guided audio workouts set to music. If you have a high speed Internet connection you can download this program, put them on a portable MP3 player or burn them to a CD. It's like having a trainer with you, coaching you, and pushing you through a fitness routine.
All the audio is recorded in CD stereo quality sound.
My profile music is actually my new Little Black Dress Workout.
It's 50 minute in home upper body sculpting program.
This will not bulk, it will only tone those upper body area's you want to look and feel firm!

I am very proud to announce that on January 19th, 2006 BeItfit.com was featured in The New York Times. They published an article titled, "A Personal Trainer, Right in Your iPod".
In the quote below The NY Times recommended my MP3 workout as a safely designed program for those starting an exercise program.
Some strength-training moves are challenging to explain in words alone, said Jonathan Cane, a co-author of "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Weight Training." He mentioned the diagonal lunge, for example. "Even if you describe it perfectly, it's going to go over some people's heads," he said.
Beginners may want to hire a personal trainer to learn the basics before doing a strength-training MP3 program, Mr. Cane said. Or steer clear of free weights in favor of a machine-only workout like Mike Cornell's Transformation, available at BeItfit.com . "If a person is deconditioned, in the beginning you want to have that support," explained Mr. Cornell, a personal trainer in Los Angeles who designed his first routine for novices. "

I am a former professional ballet dancer. My ten year career with BalletMet of Columbus Ohio took me dancing all across the globe.
"BalletMet is the kind of dance company that wins people over."

I teach a basic/intermediate ballet class every Monday and Friday at 3pm at TRAIN at the corner of La Cienega and Melrose in West Hollywood. Train West Hollywood
I also teach private lessons to beginners to advanced adults at Swerve on 3rd West Hollywood. These need to be scheduled in advance.
