MY STORY OF BECOMING A DJANE:
„A good DJ has to make use of five items do his spinning simultaneously: two turntables (sometimes three), a mixer and two pieces of vinyl. Sometimes a microphone too. You have to make this work for you simultaneously and please the audience as well... so if you are going to do it, understand that it will not happen overnight. Do it because you LOVE it. Growing up in a small Bavarian village, Stefanie Trossen aka. Djane Phader Bee soon found her love for the hip-hop culture. After having tried herself as a graffiti artist and dancer, she wanted to try out one of the most disputed element of hip-hop,the Djaying.
One day she was at her friend's house who had two 1210s in his room. This was when she really got addicted to mixing. Years of hard pratice at home,listening and learning from Djs like Grandmaster Flash, Mixmaster Mike, Q-Bert etc. finally paid off when she started playing in the clubs.
With her young age of 22, she has now gained more and more club experience.
