Garland Mason has come up and down through many different music experiences, ranging from classical voice and opera to a metal band, and has finally arrived at what he feels is his, 'best work yet.'
Hailing from a small North Carolina town called Fuquay Varina, he has grown through numerous experiences and styles to develop a unique sound all his own. An avid writer, Garland's literary work pushes his song writing capabilities to higher and higher levels. Writing with passion, love and pain, the lyrics speak through to the heart of the listener. Garland has been inspired by such artists as Brian McKnight, Raul Midon, John Butler Trio, Justin King, John Mayer, Jack Johnson, The Roots, and Dave Matthews Band. Drawing from such a wide range of taste, his sound is guaranteed to please and appease the pallet.
