Turntablist, dj inCreDuBle (b.k.a. C DuB), hails from Detróit, MI. He first touched a record and turntable in 1984 in his grandmother’s family room where he knew that it wouldn’t be the last time he played the turntables as an instrument. C DuB and the turntables had a rendezvous in 1997 at Eastern Michigan University where they decided to turn an “Ole’ School B-Boy Break Dancing Hobby†into a professional disc jockey service. For C DuB, campus parties around Michigan were an excellent way to hone the art of dj’ing. Presently, he is brought into the classroom setting to workshop and lecture to audio and performance students at universities and nonprofit organizations. He spins around the Midwest region and Canada hosting anything from Hip-Hop, Tech, Gospel, Country, Spoken Word and sometimes all… He once rocked a crowd of 1200 people for 5 hours with only 1 crate of records and treacherous turntablism.
