I could list my many hats, but the truth of the matter is that while I have a multitude of roles within my own four walls, I am a home-body. I home school my children and designed and run an online business. The most fitting of descriptions is that I am a woman learning to "be".
As an addition to my role as wife, mother and online business owner, I have founded The Pottersfield Project. The Pottersfield Project allows Internet users to help put an end to poverty without spending any of their own money.

My Interests

I love things that uplift the spirit, spark creativity and expand the way we look at the world.

I'd like to meet:

I view friendship much like an old time marriage. It is, to me, important that the people in my life are open-minded, non-judgmental and willing to work on differences as if one's life depended on it. As a family, we are extremely devoted to our friends and hope to find others who are similarly minded.

Quote of the Day: Inability has the incapability of breathing. (Visit my blog for other thoughts to twist your mind and touch your spirit.)

Music:

I like most kinds of music, but am particularly fond of Tear of the Moon by Coyote Oldman. It features Incan Panpipes and is the music I play when I am most in need of soul soothing.

Movies:

My favorite movie is Feast of July which is a drama. I watch many other types including comedies, psychological thrillers and even some action depending on the story line. In most cases, I tend toward movies that leave room for the viewer to interpret different elements and really enjoy independent films.

Television:

I'd love to say I don't watch much television, but it isn't true. Lately, I've watched a lot and it ranges from sports to the history channel. My interests are so varied that I love learning from the many shows that are now available.

Books:

Out of all the books I've ever read, Crime and Punishment is the book to which I measure all others. Even in saying that, I must say I read more non-fiction than fiction and again, enjoy learning from each and every one. It doesn't seem to matter if the book is a children's book or the indepth voice of ancient wisdom, I find something fascinating and thorough about each and every one.

Heroes:

The heroes in my life are those very special people who have shown me that love does come unconditionally. Each knows who he or she is and how much I value them.

To Myself
