Born in the small village of Smiltene, Latvia, in 1963.
Her father was a saxophonist who played in Smiltene’s big band. At age 10, Inga started singing in pop and jazz bands as a soloist. First music studies were a piano class, and later, choir conducting. In 1991, graduated from a class of pop and jazz in Gnesin Music Education Academy in Moscow.
Currently, studying as a candidate for a doctor’s degree, specializing in jazz education. Besides performing, teaching in jazz department and jazz camps, has performed in many European countries and USA.
