Squad, KJ-52, Salvador, Judah Man, Raz, Fred Lynch, Unity Clan, Grits, Pettidee, Bushwick Bill, and secular rappers such as Frost-T, Chingo Bling, Wine-O and Rasheed of Dope House Records.
MINISTRY STATEMENT
Heata’s desire is that through his rhymes, the Holy Spirit is moved & will turn lives around for the honor & glory of our Almighty Father. Far too many Christian artists say that they don’t want to preach at anyone, they only want to witness by their lifestyle. Heata does witness by his lifestyle, but the fact is most people will only see about an hour of his lifestyle. Heata is an evangelistic rapper that is not afraid to say what he is about. The music that HEATA brings, draws people closer to God. Heata expects every rhyme to preach, teach, & encourage. He believes that there are two roles that he has as a Christian artist: One as an entertainer, & two as a believer. It is important that he is able to get the crowd involved in what is going on. But, it is more important to fulfill his obligation as a believer, both on stage & off. Heata enjoys ministering at Youth Prisons and Juvenile facilities because these teens are often overlooked and feel out of place in the traditional church setting.
HEATA’S TESTIMONY
From the time I was conceived, the Lord had special plans for me. Knowing this, Satan had set out to destroy me at birth. Doctors told my parents, they would have to choose between my mother & me. They claimed we both wouldn't make it through my birth, but God had different plans for our lives & we both survived!! (Listen to "Just In Time" song on the "Igniting tha Fire" album). Satan used many things in my life to keep me astray. As an young teenager I began talking to Quija boards & praying to Satan. I began to get involved with drugs, gangs & violence. I saw many of my friends die as a result of this lifestyle. Knowing that my future was going no where and feeling empty inside, I turned my life to Jesus Christ. It was then that I began to experience a TRUE encounter with Christ. Learning of the calling I had on my life, I completely surrendered my talents to the Lord. Once I let the Lord take control of everything, the doors began to open, thus confirming that this was the Lords will for my life.
CURRENT STATUS:
I want to Ignite tha Fire of Jesus Christ in the hearts of the young and young at heart. Today I travel around the country with my wife and daughter to schools, conventions, detention centers and more, ministering and sharing my testimony. I want to reach out to the lost and broken hearted at any and all cost!

HERE’S WHAT OTHER’S HAVE TO SAY ABOUT HEATA
"I am honored to know such great man of God. Simple, humble and kind but when he takes a mic, he is really on Fire for God and has a passion for the youth. Yes, John Ramon is transformed into His Presence to reach out to the most lost and forgotten by society. His love for the young ones just takes the best out of Him to reach out into their hearts and mind. Keep up that spirit, son and never let anyone intimidate you, for you have been called and anointed for such a time like this."

"Heata Ministries is a great ministry, I highly recomend their ministry. They are in one accord. You can tell that Aloma loves her husband and stands behind him 100%. I've had the oppurtunity of working with their ministry for 5 years. We know that when GOD puts two poeple together he puts them together for ministry, to walk hand in hand, and this is all that I have seen since I met them. They are about souls and not selfish when it comes to kingdom work and principles."

“I have had the pleasure of ministering with HEATA on numerous occasions. He has a spark and a drive for ministry second to none! HEATA has always handled his ministry in a very professional manner. Ministry to people seems to always be at the forefront of his mind. The ministry that I am a part of has considered it a privilege and an honor to share the stage with HEATA. I recommend this minister of the gospel for any venue you may have for the spreading of the gospel.â€

“ I have had the opportunity to minister along with several performers for services in the past. Typically, we have been presented with music and it was evident that those in concert were merely “performersâ€. Heata offers much more. He approaches each opportunity with a desire to go beyond performing and truly “minister†to all those who are exposed to his message and music. I have watched young and old alike respond to Heata’s rhymes, as all groups are held captive by his message in song. “

“Heata is one of the most ministry minded individuals I’ve ever met. I thank God that we’ve had the opportunity to meet. He truly does set a standard for other artists/ministers that do what we do. His heart for outreach and reaching the lost is truly an inspiration in time when record sales and fame seem to be the only thing on people’s mind. Heata is sure to spark the flame for holiness and hope in this generation.â€
