Vance Dewayne Smith better known as Big V, has been doing music for approximately 12 years, with influences ranging from Run-DMC, L.L. Cool J, Biggie, Mary J Blige, DJ Kid Capri, and many more.
Big V started out helping his brother with his DJ business by loading and unloading speakers, album crates etc., until he took over his brothers business for a short stay; then he turned to rapping, beat boxing, and producing his on beats.
After recording a variety of tracks and displaying his talent for producing, Big V has become a well-known, popular act opening shows for established artist such as, Nappy Roots (Universal Records), LiL Flip (Cover Leaf), Yo Gotti (Cash Money Rec.), Shawna (DTP), and Yung JOC (Block Ent/Bad Boy South).
