Most important is to dance with joyous people, then comes kicking it with my wonderful sisters on both the East and West Coasts, learning and teaching with my highschool students, playing with my 5 year old god-daughter, tight slasa-hiphop-house sessions, quiet time with my elders, listening to that head nod s***, long walks where I can see the ocean, exploring new neigborhoods and food, good wine and good laughter.
