Alex Corezzi

Musician, composer and cultural agitator, born in Minas Gerais in 1972 in a family of visual artists, Alex Corezzi started in the music with the electric guitar. His life was marked by academic studies with the arranger and saxophonist Edson Rodrigues. He studied at the American School of Modern Music (Berklee-Paris), where he was student of the saxophonist and Maestro Bradley Wheeler (ex-Joe Henderson, David Liebman). In 2000 was the first alto sax Tropicália Orchestra, which represented Latin America in Expo2000 (Germany). He played next to the names of several national and international jazz, as Victor Biglione (Grammy Manhattan Transfer), Jean-Pierre Zanella (by three years of best jazz CD of Canada) and Tristan Banks (one of the most requested drummers in world English).
