About Me

I am 20 years old. about me... ice caps at Tim Hortons...so good...I like car rides (dont question it, I just do.). Cloudy/dry days. the fall is the best time of year. ignorance frustrates me. I enjoy learning. I listen more so than talk...video games are good and I like movies, but they have to be good or its off...I can't stand crap movies, waste of time. I live for a few things; first and formost for God, I don't think I can even begin to tell you the number of reasons why (too many.). secondly: music. I love music...just ask anyone who knows me. I love My Mom, she is the coolest, and probably the nicest person you will ever meet...Some of my favorite places to be are anywhere with live music, at the beach, on the road (in a vehicle, I dont make it a habit to just lay on the road...even though I do sometimes) and anywhere someone is willing to have fun...I always try to get people to smile or laugh, usually both if they need to. Sometimes when I lay in my bed at night and I look up at the stars. I think to myself "Where did my roof go?" but you know, it's cool....no, just kidding.....but seriously, last night was cold.... I really enjoy going to school and meeting all of the different people that go there...fortunatly I now go to school again, (now in Florida...) I am horrible with names but I never forget a face....even if I was in jk with someone I will still remember their face....I still remember what my first girlfriend looked like, she was short....no just kidding....but seriously she probably was short..I mean come on, we were like 4 years old! but ya, her name was Stephanie and we used to play house all the time....it was fun...good times....ya so on a more serious note, Within the next year or so I am going to be moving around a lot first off going down to Lakeland, Florida to attend SouthEastern University to take some bible college coarses and to go into Master's commision, I'm stoked about that. Gods got huge plans and its excitig to see where He's going to take me (as well as where He is taking me right now!), its been incredible and I am blown away as to how awsome He's been to me in His promises!:) my verse I live by is this. well...one of them... James 1:19(I hope thats the right reference...) "My brothers, remember this;Everyone should be quick to listen and slow to speak, and slow to become angry." 1 more. 1 corinthians 13:1-8 its about love. Its important.

My Interests

sports and music. school. having fun. singing. I play the piano/synth, guitar, bass, drums. I love the beach and intend on geting into surf. snowboarding. skateboarding. photgraphy. editing...stuff like that. One of the things about life that I love to experience is spending time getting to know who God is. I think that is why I like the beach so much, it makes me realize how cool God is, that he would make something so incredible, I really like that. I love going to shows and I am all for eating soy(and its many products)...so good!

Television:

What not to wear, inked and Heroes. Thats pretty much it. I can't watch tv really anymore, but I can still tape smallville :)

Books:

screw tape letters, Surprised by Joy and the Chronicles Of Narnia (- C.S. Lewis.) The Bible is incredible....so many things to learn and so many crazy stories about all kinds of different people..so good...ya I like to read a lot...I like the books: This present darkness(Frank Peretti), Unashamed by Francine Rivers (one of the best stories ever!), who you are when no one is looking by Bill Hybels, Jesus Freaks the book of Martyrs, Soul Seekers (Judah Smith), The Case For Faith (Lee Stobel)...there are more and for sure more to come...but I can't think of the rest right now...if you like books that really mess with your head but you can't put down because they are is soooo good, read Frank Peretti's books, so incredibly good! Here's a new one its a 2 part series sort of...ones for guys (I suggest girls read it too, if you don't understand guys, and trust me you don't :) and the second is for women/girls (guys read it, you will come to understand women a lot more, your future wife will appreciate it and all your female friends too :) it is called Captivating (the one for women) and the other is called wild at heart by John and Stasi Eldredge...life changing, oh and girls read the girls one it is meant for you and guys the same about the guys one....its meant for guys...sooo good:) There is a book I am reading right now called Velvit Elvis by Rob Bell. Read it. once I am done this book my next book is going to be a book called "The Jesus I never knew". I was told it would knock me off my feet! so I say BRING IT ON!!! write that down.

Heroes:

My Mom, my sister (love you Jen, very proud of you), Jon Foreman (I want more than a lonley nation too), Paul Kern (you'll always be one of the greatest friends I'll ever have), Betty Crocker...so hot...Just kidding! only a little hot... I would say God but He is so much more than my hero. My heroes are the ones I get to hang out with every sunday and wednesday and if I'm lucky more times during the week. Life's not always easy, actually often it can suck. But my heroes continually recognize that there has to be more to life than this moment. I love and respect everyone of you. You guys(and girls) inspire me. (pretty sure y'all know who you are.)
