Elektroniker, real name Rene, is truly representative of the next wave of djs that are finding their way into the clubs across berlin right now. Inevitably as the originators of the berlin techno scene reach their 40s and 50s, the high ground is slowly but surely welcoming new young talent with their own ideas about where its all going musically, and how to get there. Displaying a fine and essential balance between respect and irreverence for their ageing predecessors, their day is surely coming, and Electroniker looks well placed to be amongst the cutting edge of this scene.Born in berlin, in 1986, his generation represent the future of our electronic club culture.Already well tried and tested in the cutting edge underground clubs in berlin, and having made such a good impression in one of them ( ruder club mitte, berlins newest location for new djs, new crews and new ideas, ) that he was immediately asked to be their dj booker (since may 2008) , he has already selected and presented his perspective on whats fresh by organising dj line ups for 40 plus club nights and countless daytime events in the park where ruderclub is situated. An obvious advantage for ruderclub is that he is also their main resident dj now.His sound has shifted over his so far 7 year long dj career , from its roots in house and electro pop, via electro and techno, to his recently discovered love for breaks, which is the sound he is currently playing and producing with a view to his first own releases.Please contact
