TUESDAY LOW OFF-ICE DANCE CLASS OCT - DEC 2008
This class is intended for both low and high level figure skaters and will cover basic ballet technique with the goal of gaining better posture, balance, flexibility, strength & grace both on and off the ice. Each class will review and add onto the last one so it is crucial that each student attends all classes!!! This way each student will get the most out of it. It is strongly recommended that students in the high off-ice dance class take this class as well to deepen the skills described above.
Tuesdays: 5:00-5:45pm.
Location: each class will meet in the main lobby then go to the designated location within the CRC building.
Class dates: 10/7/08,10/14/08,10/21/08,10/28/08, 11/04/08,11/11/08,11/18/08,11/25/08,12/02/08, 12/8/09,12/16/08,
Package Rate: $110.00 or pro rated if joining class in later weeks.Payment plan options are available as well.

SUNDAY HIGH OFF-ICE DANCE CLASS Oct - Dec 2008
Intended for high level figure skaters or special permission from instructor.
This class will cover basic as well as more advanced levels of ballet and modern dance moves with the goal of gaining better posture, balance, flexibility, strength & grace both on and off the ice. Each class will review and add onto the last one so it is crucial that each student attends all classes! This way each student will get the most out of it.
Sundays 3:00-3:45pm

KIDS HIP-HOP DANCE CLASS
Ages: 5-9 yrs old
Taught by: Anna Goehner & guest teacher TBA.
In this class we will explore freedom of expression influenced by positive urban beats and rhythm. Dance and expressive arts techniques will be used to create an open, imaginative and fun atmosphere. Each participant will have the opportunity to better develop her/his expressive natures both emotionally and physically. We will playfully work on basic coordination, flexibilty and muscular balance. Focus will also be placed on developing group participation skills as well as an overall awareness of the environment in relation to our bodies and how we move. Optional dance performance on last day of class.

Ages: 10-14 yrs old

In this class we will cover urban dance techniques ranging from break dancing to currently popular hip-hop and latin fused dance movements. Set routines as well as exploring freedom of movement & expression will be included, all of which will be influenced by positive urban beats and rhythm. Optional participation in dance performance on last day of class.
