About me? Well, what do you want to know? I am not going to get all personal and revealing - that stuff is for me to know and keep to myself. If you are lucky and turn out to be a real friend, I might tell you more!I love music, singing (which I don't do enough of) and I make greeting cards for a hobby. Keeps me quiet and keeps me out of the kitchen cupboards!
I am accountant/assistant accounts manager here in Stockport - we are a very reasonably priced firm who charge a fixed fee up front - we don't charge by the hour!! Ask me if you want more details! lolI am a vegetarian and animal lover - we sponsor a dog at Dogs Trust as we can't have a dog ourselves as we are at work all day. Her name is Stella and she is a silver Weimeraner living in Liverpool. We still have a wee budgie, Billy who just whistles and squawks.
I fulfilled 3 ambitions last year - seeing The Police in June (should have been in October but Sting was poorly) and Gary Numan in March. I also conquered my fear of flying, thanks to Virgin's "Flying Without Fear" course - if you don't like flying, go on their course - it's amazing! Anyhoo all I need to see now is Talk Talk (please reform guys) and Flintlock (back to my youth there, folks) and I will die a happy woman! (So long as I have a bottle of Baileys, a bottle of Magners, a tin of Heinz tomato soup and I block of chocolate ice cream in my coffin with me!)Went to Goa in Feb and came back with a blister on my foot which has ulcerated(I am diabetic) It's grown and grown and grown and now my whole foot is swollen, I can barely walk and mummy, it hurts! UPDATE Nearly had to have my foot amputated in November as I got an infection which turned into MRSA because the hospital couldn't get me on the right anti biotics. Thanks to my podiatrist, Ruth, they put me on a very expensive one, which was very toxic and made me very ill, BUT it saved my foot and it saved me having to sell all my left shoes on E Bay! (Or swapping them for right shoes!)FURTHER UPDATE Got ruddy MRSA again last week (June 2009) - however, a weeks course of vomit inducing antibiotics has cleared it up again, so my left shoes are still all safe!I am also a member of a paranormal investigation group called Pathfinder PI. It's a bit like "MH" (Can't say it....), but we don't scream and goad those from "the other side"! We try and get an investigation in once a monthI have also recently developed an interest in crystals and have quite a collection now.I am a great believer in their powers and have them dotted around my living room (and my person!)
My motto in life -
"Remember, always be nice cos if you are not, your bad feelings will come back and bite u on the bum!!"
