I am here for Friends

About Me

I am married and I live on the edge/in Atlanta. I have two English Springers, but no "children." I plan to build a house in North Florida. I lived in the SF Bay Area for 16 years and Truckee for 13 years. I also lived in Sacramento and the Monterey area for several years. I have been a librarian, a builder, and most recently an RN. For most of my adult(?) life I drove a '74 MGB. I am a liberal (I guess that means Democrat) and don't get me started on GW. As for Democrats, I wish the Democrats would act like Democrats.

I like warm weather, our dogs & kittens, Alison Krauss, hiking in the mountains, walking on the beach, and I like very large, non-fat lattes with sugar free vanilla. I love coffee ice cream, Mexican food, Thai food, and Japanese food, among others. I enjoy cooking. My last motorcycle was a Honda 500-4.
..
I have a close friend whom I have known longer than most of you, who are reading this page, have been around. Tiger has ridden his 800 BMW up and down and across this country more times than anyone has a right to and still hold a real job. I love reading and listening to his long rider poetry, he is a modern Mark Twain. He has also written a novel that belongs at the top of Oprah's reading list. I urge you to visit his website by clicking on the button below.
