Who I am & what I do:
Hello Everyone! I'm an interesting individual. I'm a simple person. I'm a complex human. I bring a message, yet it's not for ears that are dull of hearing. It's for those that want the truth, and also for those that can handle it. The truth is too easy to hear, but too hard to take.
So, what do I do? What sets me apart from you?
For starters, I'm a vegetarian.
Some people say: "So am I"
That's great! I take it a step further.
I'm vegan.
Some people say: "Great! So am I!"
That's awesome! I take it a step further.
I'm a RAW vegan.
People say: "What the heck is that? What does Raw mean?"
It means... that I don't kill my food.
So people say: "Well, you're just a hippy radical who won't kill anything. And what do you mean, don't kill your food? How do you not kill your food?"
That means... you're close minded. Let me open your mind. I am not a hippy. I am not a radical. I am not one that won't kill anything. I kill things based on the nature of aggression. If a force is coming to destroy or harm me or those that I love then an equal or greater force will be applied against it in order to stop them. That's my grounds for killing. However, since those grounds are not necessary for the foods that I eat, I do not kill my food. I don't kill my food quite simply... by NOT cooking it. There's quite a stir in talking about that alone. A lot of people think that it's completely necessary to denature your food, not realizing the danger of doing that. Cooking does MANY things to the food you eat. It kills 100% of the enzymes in the food. If you heat anything above 104-115 degrees Fahrenheit (40-46 degrees Celsius) [The exact number is in debate, some say 104, 105, 110, or 115], then 100% of the enzymes are gone from the food. That in itself is bad enough. It also changes the food to be acidic. There's a wealth of knowledge about the importance of acidic bodies versus alkaline bodies, and that alkaline is the balance you want to get to. There's ALOT more to this. Yet I won't tell anyone anything more, unless they ask. This knowledge is only for those that want it, and the "YOU HAVE TO BE CRAZY TO EAT RAW. YOU CAN'T EAT RAW, YOU NEED TO EAT MEAT! MILK FOR CALCIUM! FISH FOR OMEGAS! " people have told me enough times that it's impossible. They're right. It is impossible... for them. Knowledge is for those that want it. I'll talk to you if you have ears to listen, not an axe to grind.
Now here's the next thing. Now some people have their interest peaked. So they ask: "Okay, cool. Good for you. What do you eat then? Seems that your options are limited"
You got that right buddy! Boy howdy am I ever limited! I can't eat dead, lifeless, useless meat, I can't eat puss filled milk products, I abhor battery caged chickens and their eggs, I can't eat genetically modified foods, I can't eat foods sprayed with pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, insecticides...SUICIDES! I can't eat packaged foods, because they're lifeless, pumped with preservatives... to... what? sustain life? Nope, to keep the "food" they call it, intact enough for your body to consume it and attempt to derive what little nutrition is left in the hybridized, dead, suicide food. People haven't woken up to realize the connection with what goes into your mouth having an effect on your body. It's a no-brainer. People agree with me wholeheartedly though! They say "Yeah, yup, uh huh, true true!" But... that's lip service. Don't agree with me to appease me so I leave you alone. Accept and perpetuate the truth. Back to what I do then. So, we went over a lot of what I don't eat, so I guess that leaves out a lot of food right? WRONG. First off, what people call food today is rather sad. All those things up there could hardly be called food at all. Do you call a tomato that has it's genes spliced with a guppy, food? I call it an abomination . Do you call wheat grains, left in their storage state, unsprouted, ground up into wallpaper paste, baked into a delicious white bread, which then lines your intestines thus preventing the absorption of a lot of minerals, food? I used to, and I know that most of you still do.
So, what is there for me to eat? EVERYTHING. Anything living. Does that mean I consume living flesh? Not the flesh that most people associate with that word "flesh", but yes. The flesh of fruits and vegetables. There are grains, seeds, nuts, fruits, vegetables, grasses. Wait, did I just say grasses? By golly! I must be a cow or something! It's a common misconception that we cannot eat grass. While it's true the humans lack the digestive enzymes that are found in a lot of herbivores to break open the cellulose, we have the ability to extract the goodness from grasses through mechanical digestion, otherwise known as: Juicing. I consume a lot of juice. "Oh, I juice carrots. I love carrot juice" Good for you. I'm not talking about carrot juice though. GRASS juice. Specifically Wheatgrass juice. Wheatgrass is an amazing plant. Volumes can be... and HAVE been written about it. I could dive into the history of it all, and explain to you right now, why wheatgrass is the answer. But I have no desire to prove anything to anyone. I will say this. It would be worthwhile for anyone, from all walks of life to start the wheatgrass juicing. Whether you eat meat or not. Whether you're male or female. Young or old. Stupid, or stupid smart. Just look it up, and you will be SHOCKED at what they've found in this stuff. Grasses have the ability to absorb the most amount of nutrients from the soil. The minerals, the building blocks of your very body. It's high time we wake up, and realize what's happening to us. We've become such great powerful people, and forgetting about the essentials. The foundation of anyones diet should be simple grasses. Now, understand this. You don't have to eat the grass. You just juice it. Most people only take an ounce a day, and see tremendous results. These people eat whatever type of "food" they want too. I myself use this to sustain, and build life with. I currently consume 12 ounces (1.5 cups, 375 ml) of freshly crushed OceanGrown wheatgrass juice. Not only is wheatgrass great for you, we've found an additional step. The OceanGrown part. To sum up what OceanGrown is, without getting REALLY into it, is we watered our wheatgrass with ocean water. That's right. Ocean Water. Not just any ocean water though. It's tested to make sure that the pollutants we're pounding into the ocean with the boats, garbage, sewage and everything else isn't present in it. I'll not go into those details though, but suffice to say, there's no concern about harmful matter in it. But why ocean water? Isn't it salty? Didn't Genghis Khan make afghanistan the beautiful sandy resort that it is today by raping the land with salt? Yes. But see, it's not just salt. The rainwater for the past thousands of years has been leaching the minerals from the soil, depositing them into streams, rivers, lakes, tributaries, bays, and finally, the ocean. The ocean is loaded with the most inorganic minerals known to man in such a readily useable format! The wheatgrass has the ability to draw up ~92 of the minerals found in the ocean.
So, with the foundation of my food taken care of with the wheatgrass, I make up the rest of the bulk with sea mineralized sunflower sprouts. They are very good from a nutritional stand point, and taste absolutely amazing in a salad. These 2 foods are what I live off of. I thrive. I'm making leaps and bounds with these two things alone. I also used to toss things up a bit by putting 1 tsp (5 ml) of 90,000 SR Cayenne pepper into my wheatgrass, 3 times daily for a total of 15 ml, 1 tbsp(0.5 oz) each day. Cayenne pepper, Oceangrown Wheatgrass, and sea mineralized Sunflower sprouts. So simple, yet so hard for people to take. No supplements either. There is the fear in people that they'll not get enough nutrients, minerals, vitamins, and so forth, especially if they limit themselves from certain foods where it's the common conception that you obtain the nutrients they worry about primarily from that source. That's not the case. For example: Calcium from milk and broccoli is very similar in amount according to calorie density. Protein is probably the biggest concern from the uninformed individual. I'm not going to go into that, but simply point out that there is a TONNE of protein that people are missing out on by worrying about where they're going to get it if they stop the meat and dairy and eggs. It's in the plants. Think of the cow. What do they eat, day in day out? Grasses. They weigh a heck of a lot more than most of us. They don't eat steaks or hamburgers or chicken or lambchop or pork or bacon (and the list can go on and on) and are solid muscle, WITHOUT animal product consumption, just grasses with a few bugs that sneak in to the grass from time to time if you want to count that as another source of protein. So I eat these simple things, and get it all. Now, because I'm still in a detoxing state, I crave foods. That's slowly being removed, and being replaced with the desire for good foods. But because my taste buds haven't fully awakened, I still eat other foods. Fruits, Vegetables, Grains, Nuts, Seeds, spices & herbs; they're all delicious, and raw.
Deliciously raw.
