My roots lie deep in the soil of the San Joaquin Valley. Try as I might to escape, this place appears to have some kind of magnetic pull. Still, I'm looking forward to new adventures.I've lived in Redding and the Chicago suburbs and spent a year living in Jerusalem and a year attending grad school in LA, but for some reason I have ended up back here in Central California several times. After growing up in Turlock, and spending a few years in Tracy, I worked for several years as managing editor of the Patterson Irrigator, the community newspaper in the city of Patterson, Calif. Now, I'm temporarily back in Tracy, but feel that I could end up in any number of areas.I love to travel, and wouldn't mind doing some type of international work someday. I've visited Israel and Palestine several times, and my hope and prayer is for a just peace for all who live in that region.I'm a believer in Christ, who is my hope and the reason for my existence.
My Interests
I'd like to meet:
People with an interest in the arts, international affairs and in exploring local haunts and natural wonders.
I'd also love to meet fellow Christians for fun and fellowship.
