Scrubs, NCIS, CSI, [NY only as LV and Miami are for shit], Criminal Minds, The Office, Ugly Betty, Still Standing. I can be a real time waster too with the likes of "The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy", I still love the original Bugs Bunny / Roadrunner cartoons and classic Tom and Jerry, Jetsons, Flintstones, Johnny Quest, etc. . . I loathe reality TV. It's akin to my inability as a youth to watch a ball game on TV when we could go out and play. Why would I want to live my life vicariously through some other knobs?
Thems that have pictures and thems that have words. Mostly non-fiction. The only fictional book I can recall reading that wasn't a pain in my ass was "A Confederacy of Dunces" but I also read "Gothic Rainbow" and "Lovely Bones" so there shoot me I have read fiction. Mostly historical or reference anything dealing with Arthurian Legends, Myths (of which I DO NOT consider "fiction"), Vampires, Unsolved/Unanswered Mysteries, Aztecs/Mayans, Lost Continents, Pirates, Serial Killers, (e.g., Jack the Ripper, HH Holmes, etc.)..
Not sure, of course anyone you put on a pedestal is bound to fall. But I would have to say my mother and grandmother who both raised me after my asshole father decided that my mother had to actually choose betwixt him and me . . . now, as a father, I hope I do somewhat of a better job than that bastard did.
