Paul Berazi
Biography
Mexican Guitarist Paul Berazi, was born in Toluca,Mexico, he started playing guitar when he was 16 years old.
In 1994 he entered at the Conservatorio del Estado de Mexico, being an alum of recognized Teachers such as Roberto Medrano y Antonio Lopez. He got his Instumental Technician on guitar degree in 1999.
His electric guitar studies were done in Mexico City at Music University G Martell. Taking clases in a particular way with Toño Ruiz,who is considered one of the best Mexican Rock guitarists.
As a result, Paul Berazi reached a musical fusion, influenced by classical music, rock and jazz.
During his musical formation, Berazi went to International Guitar Festivals y Guitar Clinics of amazing guitar players such as; Héctor Castañon, Pat Metheny, Paul Gilbert,Michael Angelo,Aldi Meola and Marty Friedman.
In 2001 Paul Berazi entered at the ITESM ( Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey)
and got his Communication Sciences degree on December 2006.
In 2000 He recorded his first musical production named “Seven†which was showed at many events and cultural forums in Mexico City,Distrito Fedeal and Monterrey. Because of this production, Paul Berazi was qualified by magazine Music Pro as “promisorio artista†(September 2000). On August 2001, Paul Berazi was invited as an Opening Guitar Player for Paul Gilbert´s Guitar Clinic in Monterrey City. On April 2002 he was invited to participate on Electric Guitar Ensemble formed by Monterrey´s guitar players.
He showed up at forums such as Teatro De la Ciudad, Museo de Culturas Populares de Nuevo Leon, Barrio Antiguo´s Festival,Café Iguana, among others.
On November 30 of 2002 he did an opening act for the concert of Julio Revueltas in Monterrey.
On October 2005 from 19 to 23, he assisted to "Music Player Live" in Manhattan New York,USA.
On July 9 2006 he assisted to Guitarsone Fest Monterrey 06.
Qualified by his alumni as a big inlfuence and as a " good teacher"
