TIME has been surrounded by music all his life. His dad being a piano teacher in the St Pauls area of Bristol for many years meant he was always around local musicians from a young age. He remembers being around many a future artist that would go on to become big names in Bristol and worldwide.Born and raised in Bristol TIME grew up with the "Bristol sound" all around him, living his life in the St Pauls area he is no stranger to the deep vibrations of bass driven music and large soundsystem frequencys.
TIME's first moment with dubstep came at a St Pauls carnival and from that moment on he has been addicted to the sound and has produced his unique take on it ever since.
A big follower and producer of Jazz, HipHop and Jungle over the years he is bringing these influences to his dubstep.
His music has been described as moving from taut, 80s-sounding electro-funk through Loefah-ish minimal hardness with a
apocalyptic bass and howling cosmic synths that suggests a dubstep version of Dillinja and Lemon D.With a DJ career spanning over ten years and in that time entering and winning many a dj battle whilst supporting many big acts in Hip Hop and Jungle, recently supporting Smith & Mighty. TIME is hungry to get his sound out there and
is very much the one to watch in 2009.He has been concentrating on dubstep for the past few years, before that taking time away from music to look after his kids.
He is also the cofounder of Audio Banquet records alongside dubstep dj/producer Bella.
And is also cofounder of the Kagemusha HipHop collective alongside emcee Jimi Presha.
