Gwinnett Ballet Theatre was Gwinnett County’s (Atlanta vicinity) very first nonprofit performing arts organization, founded in 1977 for the purpose of providing local dancers with the training and performing experience necessary for a professional dance career.
For more than two decades as a nonprofit organization, we have remained committed to our original mission of bringing outstanding ballet instruction and performances to the growing and increasingly diverse population of Gwinnett and neighboring counties.
We’ve been consistent in our excellence, and we’re proud of all we have achieved.
