About Me

I'm Jay. I'm basically just like any other guy you're going to meet I guess. I love my job and I love my life. We all make mistakes and I've damn sure made my share. But I don't give a crap. The only thing that matters to me is my beautiful daughter Ivy. She is the world to me.
I'm 26 years old (I think) and I am a helicopter QC guy. It has its pros and cons but what job doesn't? I work in Katterbach, Germany and I've been here for almost 4 years. It works out good working here because I love to travel. I've been all over Europe but I still got a few more places to see (about 3). I play the drums in a band which seems to be a rater new development. I've played in several bands before but never while deployed. I guess that makes me an international combat drummer (thats got a ring to it).I'm a firm believer that there is one perfect girl for me in this world of human wreckage, which sucks because she's probably in Montana or some place like that and some redneck guy is going to get her. Dating is a pain in the ass.
I don't like to look behind at my life because theres nothing back there that I can change. I like to think I got a firm grip on my future but I'm constantly reminded that this life is like my ex. You never know when its going to blow ass. How do you pick up the threads of an old life? How do you go on, when in your heart you begin to understand? There is no going back. There is some things that even time cannot mend.

My Interests

I like wakeboarding, fishing and basically anything you can do in the sun or under the sun or whatever. Im planning on taking up snowboarding this winter. Oh I forgot drumming, camping and swimming. Oh and drinking beer and barbequing too. Damn I like a lot of things.
