Grew up to the sounds of rock, metal, hardcore punk, new wave, trip-hop, reggae, rap, then I bought a bass guitar, failed college for 3 years in a row. Closed that chapter, moved to India, studied for years to become an indian classical dancer and teacher. After enlightenment and consciousness, I’m actually back to earth as a music journalist for different italian magazines (Groove, Rastasnob), signed under my real name Stefania Bonamici, and other european publications, e.g. the french Afrique-Asie, and collabo on webzines. My preferred subject being jamaica and its vibe, that I also spread through the Ukku Beat crew as a selecta. Travel frequently for both work and running away, even if Pascal used to suggest to human beings to live in a closed room. Foolishness!
