hiii I'm El. 18. Single.
Summer 2008 told me it was time for a new start.
I was under-paid and over-worked in my job, I wasn't achieveing what I had hoped to in the Sixth Form and I wasn't happy with the way things were looking.
But now, things are going really well and I have a much more optimistic approach to life. I am in a better paid, more stable job and have started over at a new college. I feel much more determined and my friends, both the old and the new, taught me never to give up.

Since then I've learnt a lot. I've learnt just how hard you have to work to achieve what you really want. I've learnt who my real friends are and who the fakes are not. But most importanlty, I've learnt who I really am and not to let anyone get in the way of that.
i have skinny little wrists so most of my bracelets just fall right off

I don't want to grow up. I miss the days when you could wear a skirt without being called a slut, before candy sticks turned into cigarettes, and when getting high meant swinging in the playground. I wish I could have been a kid forever like Peter Pan! :)
I have recently lost my Grandma. She was a strong woman that over the past few years, had faught four strokes and a lot of heart attacks. Sadly, the fith stroke ended her life. Along all the pain and suffering, she never gave up and I truly respect her for that. I appreciate life and the people in it more now 'coz you really don't know what you've got till it's gone.
