MekanOrganik is the experimental side-project of Frank Gorissen, founder member of Militia (a belgian old-school industrial percussion band from Antwerp, inspired by bands such as Test Department, among others).
MekanOrganiK's music takes place between old-school industrial and all kind of experimental, strange sounds, created with numerous instruments such as bottles, stones, cucumbers, water, and so on... If you can hardly imagine what it sounds like, just listen !
They recently released an 8 tracks CD-R titled "How to extract sunlight from Cucumbers".
I take care of the band's MySpace profile because I'm in charge of their booking, but I'm absolutely not part of the band's creative process... So it's useless to tell me that you love MekanOrganiK's music, although it would be nice for them :-)

Great news over here ! MekanOrganiK and related band Militia just have been signed on the famous industrial music label Cold Meat Industry !
So "How to extract sunlight from Cucumbers" will be soon re-released on CD format, as well as a brand new Militia's album.
