The Marine Corps. Yeah, I have quite a fondness for it. I recently started playing World of Warcraft. Say what you wish, but I like it. Just don't call me a loser. (Refer to my first interest).
I don't really watch much tv.
Just about anything written by Tom Clancy. I can easily go through his 1000 + page books in a couple of days. The Wizard of Earthsea series by Ursula LeGuin. Dune, by Frank Herbert, is probably my favorite book ever. I love it.
Hendrik Schouten, a man I only knew online. He was kind and humble, and would not fight someone for vanity even when he was right. He was a veteran of the Persian Gulf War, in which he served as a solider in the U.S. Army. I admire him for his humility as well as his selflessness, which was demonstrated not only in his service to his country, but to fellow man. One night in an El Salvador bar, he gave his life defending a man who was attacked. Since I heard that, I've striven to be humble and selfless in all my dealings. I don't always suceed, but I try.Of course, my drill instructors, both from 3076 and 2069. Thank you SSgt. Cedeno, SSgt. Greenleaf, Sgt. Cline, SSgt. Borrero, Sgt. Kirkby, Sgt. Kennedy and Sgt. Lago for turning me into a Marine.
