About Me

Started musical life after a few years of experimenting with broken tape machines/whatever i could scrape together. Formed Linda's Strange Vacation with Kate Wright (Movietone/Crescent) & Rachel Brook (Movietone/Flying Saucer Attack) a literal garage band which met on sunday's to improvise. First releases with Flying Saucer Attack, doing basic programming & various bits & pieces. Was in the right place at the right time for Laurence Bell, head honcho at the fledgling Domino Records to hear my debut release ('Semtex') on my own 'Linda's Strange Vacation Records' & to offer to help me with the release of it. Released 3 further albums ('Ghost', You Guys Kill Me & Little Lost Soul) on Domino aswell as a further couple of remix compilations ('In Version & I Poo Poo On your Juju) as well as some singles & a host of remixes for The Pastels, Hood, Remote Viewer, Mogwai, Suncoil Sect, Navigator, Thurston Moore, Teenagers in Trouble, Blonde Redhead, Assembly Line People Programme, Bowery Electric, Ganger, Guage, Tarwater, Yann Tiersen.............. The 3 Domino Albums have been reissued as a box set 'Collected Works ' with the singles & unreleased tracks Now record as 'Matt Elliott' although I still do the occasional remix & performance as The Third Eye Foundation & perhaps.......
