About Me

"UNTIL THE 20th CENTURY REALITY WAS EVERYTHING HUMANS COULD
TOUCH, SMELL, SEE, AND HEAR .
SINCE THE INITIAL PROVOCATION OF THE CHARTED ELECTROMAGNETIC SPECTRUM, HUMANS HAVE LEARNED THAT WHAT THEY CAN
TOUCH, SMELL, SEE, AND HEAR IS LESS THAN ONE MILLIONTH OF REALITY."

Check out my videos for a ridiculous chuckle.

About ME – Updated October 26, 2007:
I like sleeping late on rainy days and eating brownies next to the heater.
I love to drink coffee at any hour of the day.
I am obsessed with wine, thanks to Nikki.
I love to buy underwear.
Love to travel, day trips or long vacations.
I like drink specials and being surrounded by my friends in a crowded bar.
I have a contagious ELECTRIC personality.
I like finding a moment to just be content, and I try to capture it in my head. Laying on a blanket on campus, closing my eyes to let the sun warm my face, reading a book underneath a tree, staring at a flock of birds, those are the simple things that makes me happy.
I try to cook, it's not always good, but I try.
I can admit when I'm wrong, and always honest about how I feel, hate fighting, hate drama, hate bullshit, I just want to be happy.
. Best Friend . Sister . Tree Girl .
Marisa bullies me into loving her.

My Interests

Wine from plastic cups, newspaper in the morning, sketching, painting (acrylics), coffee, cooking, writing, travel, skipping class, driving

I'd like to meet:

Spontaneous, exciting, random, "Pack your bags we are going to Utah because there was a deal on airfare," all while: outspoken, educated, SAY WHAT IS ON YOUR MIND, and do something important in this world.

The Electric Michelangelo - Sarah Hall
Angry Candy - Harlan Ellison

I like memoirs. I ride the subway and look at all the people around me and wonder, where are they going? And do they wonder that about me? Reading a book about someone's life is much less invasive and stalker-ish. People are fascinating, really.

Go Ask Alice - Anonymous
The Glass Castle - Jeanette Walls

The Memory Keeper's Daughter - Kim Edwards

2007.

I'm trying to recap 2007, so I take my place on my stoop at "home," if I can still consider this home.  My cat/bird/flowers mug ...

Content - 11.30.07

I walked through the bitter chill, balancing a coffee, textbooks, cigarette, and a camera, up the stone stairs, past the library, where the buildings open up to a stunning view of the mountains. ...

The Week From Hell - 11.12.07

The days are good.  The days, I can deal with.  I can pass the time with cigarettes on the porch, delicious cups of lukewarm coffee, distractions with friends, movies, homework, lunches, and...

There’s a World Out There - 10.20.07

I was stuck in a goddamn pitch black tunnell, no flash light, no stars to guide me, just feeling the walls as if I was blind.  I thought I had lost my sight, I had lost everything else.  I p...

Going It Alone - 10.12.07

Beautiful day, alone, strolling through a store in the mall, no where to go, no time restraints, zoning out looking at SHOES (mmmm shoes), in a good place.  I hear a young couple chatting, i...

Week 2 in NYC - 06.11.07

I've lost five pounds from walking in the wrong direction in Manhattan.  "It's a grid," they say.  True, and it's very helpful to have sixth avenue before seventh avenue, but then they throw...

Get Your Umbrella, We're REcounting My Blessings. 03.11.07

What a lame week.  There is just this huge dark cloud over my head continuously fucking pouring acid rain on me.  Then it stops for just a moment, just a split second for my clothes and...

2006.

I sat on the porch stoop thinking about 2006, a "noel" coffee cup in one hand, steaming, a cigarette in the other hand, smoking.  It was a year where shit happened for me, or at least I made it h...
