About Me

Josh Fountain is a self taught solo recording artist and performer utilizing looping techniques by layering riffs on top of one another to create the effect of a full band. Throughout the years he has learned how to play the drums, piano and guitar while succeeding in finding his own voice. His musical styles range from soft acoustic sounds about love and the journey ahead to distorted more rock oriented anthems of betrayal, and rising above adversity. His debut â€œAll For Youâ€ is a 10 track album urging the listener to sit back and relax and enjoy life one day at a time, while also emphasizing that now is the time to act and become involved in areas of interest that one feels strongly about despite hardship- to be who you are with conviction, a philosophy that Josh applies in his own life. Josh has played open mic nights across Massachusetts, experiencing warm and appreciative reception at places such as Jaecâ€™s CafÃ© in Attleboro, The Mockingbird Studio in Mansfield, and Borders Bookstore in Shrewsbury.
