About Me
Pastor Terrance M. Sutton was born in Ft Worth, TX. He has a BA and a MBA from the University of Amstead, Dallas, TX. He accepted Christ at an early age and thus his talent in music begins. He directed his first youth choir at the age of eight. During his youth, he has served as choir director and later as the Minister of Music for several choirs including the Austin City Wide Youth Choir. He later directed several choirs and musical groups, such as God’s Property and Chosen Generation. He has accompanied many recording artist; Rev. James Moore, Pastor Daryl Coley, Twinkie Clark, Dorinda Clark-Cole, Karen Clark-Sheard, Patrick Henderson, Kirk Franklin, God’s Property, Chosen Generation, Tarralyn Ramsey, Pastor John P. Kee and others.
Expanding his Music Ministry into a medium to teach, evangelize and disciple, God continued to move Pastor Sutton toward his Preaching Ministry. After accepting his calling and serving as an Associate Minister, he later assisted with the organization of a new church. Because of his broad skills in Ministry, organization and leadership, he has sesrved as Assistant to the Pastor, Minister of Administration, Minister of Music Ministry, Prayer Minister a counselor and Youth Teacher. Each experience brought him to another level in his ministry. But we would only say, “I don’t know how many stages of grooming and preparation God will introduce in my life, I only pray that he will continue to guide me?"
The more Pastor Sutton grew, the more he began to notice unrest and corruption in the churches. He saw the need for a return back to the basics and to God’s true plan for his Children. He saw Christians and sinners alike searching for the truth to be taught and lived. His challenge was “Am I ready for this awesome responsibility?†After much fasting and praying came the birth of “God’s Holy Tabernacle†in February of 2004.
